Still Photos

As a standard practice, All Yours will cover the wedding ceremony and reception beginning with the bride and groom getting ready at the church, the ceremony itself, posed pictures afterwards and all of the traditional events of the reception.  We will take a minimum of 500 photos with no maximum.  More details in the FAQ section.

 

       You will receive a set of 4” x 6” prints with the negative numbers recorded on the backs of them, all photos on CD-ROM or DVD-ROM and copyright release.  A set of prints is comprised of 350 photos of your selection.  

 

      The cost for this package is $935.00.

 

Budget Package

 

           We do offer a lower cost option of CD’s only.  Photos are taken in the same manner as our standard package and you receive a full set of photos (exposure corrected and cropped) on DVD-ROM or CD-ROM and copyright privileges, but no prints.  You can order prints at your favorite photo lab from the CD’s or print them on your home computer.

 

     The cost of this package is $750.00.

 

 

 

Bargain Package

           Same as Budget Package except the photos are not exposure corrected and cropped.  You can do this on your home computer with an inexpensive photo-editing program.  Saving our man-hours doing this allows the lower price.

      The cost of this package is $595.00.

 

 

 

Larger Size Prints

If you choose, you may receive all prints in 5” x 7” size rather than 4” x 6”. With this option, the standard package price is $1,085.00 and additional sets are $195.00 per set.

Instant Delivery

For an additional fee of $100.00, you can receive all of your digital photos on DVD-ROM or CD-ROM of the night of the wedding.  These photos  will be basically unedited.  You will still receive your edited photos and prints on normal schedule.  Using this option, full payment is due on the night of the wedding.  This option must be requested in advance so that we can bring the equipment to the reception to make the discs.
 
 

Extra Sets of Prints

          Additional sets of prints may be ordered for only $75.00 per set for 4" x 6", $195.00 for 5" x 7".  Extra sets will contain the same photos as the bride & groom's set. Payment for extra sets may be made on the wedding night or can be directed to go through you.  (They give you their money, we deliver all sets to you and collect from you).  All sets must be paid in full before any sets will be released.  Sets ordered after the night of the wedding must be accompanied by payment.

 

 

 

Video

 

All Yours will provide video coverage beginning with getting ready at the church before the wedding, the ceremony itself, a collection of greetings and words of advice from your guests and all of the major events of the reception.

 

Assuming that the church permits it, we wil use two cameras, an unmanned camera on a tripod at the front of the church and we will operate a camera from the rear of the church or balcony.  This allows us to have more faces and fewer backs in the finished video.  It is also more interesting to watch, alternating between two different perspectives.

 

The couple may choose to receive a minimumally edited copy of basically all footage taken.  The cost for this option is only $625.00.

The couple may also choose to receive one copy of basically all unedited footage taken and one copy edited down to a comfortable viewing length with some special effects added in. 

 

For those on a tight budget, we offer a budget video with only in-camera editing (no titles or transitions) on DVD for just $495.00.

 

 
 
Video Combined with Still Photos
 
    

If you would like us to shoot both still photos and video, there are several options that you can take advantage of.

 

      We can send both a photographer and a videographer.  With this option, each package is as described above and the cost is as shown above with a bonus of 2 extra copies of the video (a $60.00 value) at no charge.  You must request the discount at the time you place your deposit.

 

      We can also have the photographer shoot both still photos and video.  To do this, the video is shot primarily from an unmanned, tripod-mounted camera (2 cameras during ceremony).  We will still collect greetings and words of advice from your guests during the early part of the reception.  The cost of this option is $195.00 with only in-camera editing, $225.00 with minimal editing or $575.00 for fully edited.  Combination discount is not available with this option.
 

Highlights Video
A highlights only video of approximately 15-20 minutes may be added to your package for an additional $95.00 (your choice of VHS or CD-ROM).  Additional copies may be ordered for $19.00 each.

  

Extra Copies of Video

You may order extra copies of your video for $30.00 per copy. 

 

Outdoor Wedding?

 

 

10’ x 20’ Tent with 4 detachable sides or 10’ x 10’ Easy-up tent with 3 detachable sides.  Both tents are white and are available with or without a photo or video package.  If renting without a package purchase, a damage deposit is required.  Rental is $59.00, 50% due when reservation is made.

 

Reserving Your Date

 

A deposit of $150.00 is required with your contract to reserve your date.  If you are booking both still photo and video packages, a deposit for each is required.  The balance is due when the photos/videos are picked up.  Deposit for video added onto a still photo package without a full time videographer is only $50.00.

Senior Portraits

 

Includes up to two sessions of up to 2 hours each.  One in a studio setting, the other at your choice of another location, such as a park, The Museum of Art or most any other location with public access within a reasonable distance.  If a location involves admission or other cost, that would be the responsibility of the customer.

 

There is no maximum to the number of photos taken.  We will do exposure correction and cropping for up to 50 of the photos.

 

You can choose the standard package with one 11” x 14”, one 8” x 10”, two 5” x 7”, ten 4” x 6” and twenty wallet size (2” X 3”).  The cost of this package is $195.00

 

Additional prints may be ordered individually or in packages at very reasonable prices. 

 

You may also choose the "All Yours" package where you receive all of your photos on disc and the copyright release to make an unlimited number of your own prints for $225.00.

 

 

 

Youth Sports Teams

 

We will schedule a photo session with your team taking group shots and individual photos.  There is no sitting fee for the session.  Team members may order prints at this time at very reasonable prices (two wallet for $1.95, 4" x 6" for $3.00, 5" x 7" for $6.00, 8" x 10" for $9.00, 11" x 14" for $15, 16" x 20" for $24 and 20" x 30" for $39).  We offer a discount on your group photo with the purchase of individual photos and print packages with savings of up to 45%!  With a minimum of 15 persons ordering prints, your team will recieve a free 16" x 20" poster size team photo.  With a minimum of 30 persons ordering prints, your team will be upgraded to a free 20" x 30" giant poster size team photo.

 

Prints may be shipped directly to your players homes for a small fee or you can save shipping costs by having all orders delivered to your representitive for distribution.
